We are not liable for courier delays or unforeseen events.

6. Refund, Return & Exchange

Returns accepted only if unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags.
Defective or damaged products are eligible.
Requests must be raised within 7 days.
Refunds processed within 7–10 working days.

Note: Innerwear is not eligible for return once used or tried.
